Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Affilert (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Affilert provides automated monitoring, alerting, and reporting for affiliate marketing links. You connect your sources (affiliate networks, link lists, etc.) and we monitor them according to the plan you select.

We make no guarantee that the Service will detect every broken link or that we will deliver every alert. Use the Service as one signal among many in your operational toolkit.

You are responsible for the security of your account, including keeping your credentials confidential. You agree not to use the Service to monitor links you do not have permission to monitor, or to abuse rate limits or attempt to disrupt the Service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your billing settings.

You may request a full refund within 3 days of starting a paid subscription, self-service from Settings → Billing. A refund cancels your subscription immediately and returns your account to the Free plan. After this 3-day window, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or for billing errors.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellations after the refund window take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep paid features until then, after which your account returns to the Free plan. Downgrades likewise take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We own the Service, including all software, branding, and content we create. You retain ownership of all data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to operate the Service.

You may cancel your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
