Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Affilert (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our service. By using Affilert you agree to the practices described below.

Account information: your email address, and an authentication identifier issued by our auth provider (Supabase).

Affiliate data: metadata about the affiliate links you ask us to monitor (URLs, redirect chains, network identifiers), and click and earnings statistics imported from your connected affiliate networks at your request.

Usage data: minimal telemetry to help us improve the product, including page views, feature usage, and error logs.

To provide the monitoring, alerting, and reporting features you sign up for.

To send you transactional emails (alerts, billing receipts, account notices).

To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.

To improve the product through aggregated, de-identified analytics.

We rely on the following sub-processors to operate the service. Each one only receives the minimum data they need to perform their function.

Supabase — authentication, database hosting, and storage.

Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.

Resend — transactional email delivery.

Vercel — application hosting and analytics.

We retain account and link data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from settings, after which we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

You may access, export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
